【About the Role】

We are looking for a US-based Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to partner with our local BD team, support local events, develop and maintain media platforms in US markets, and polish content. This role is critical to our US market expansion.

【Key Responsibilities】

Event Support (Third-party & Self-organized)

• Provide onsite support for third-party events (conferences, exhibitions, etc.).
\n
• Lead the planning and onsite execution for self-organized events (logistics, booth setup, materials, lead capture).
\n

Content Polishing and marketing message upgrade

\n
• Elevate and refine marketing content—including brochures, presentations, case studies, website copy, and other collateral—to ensure it is clear, professional, and consistent with brand messaging.
\n
• Partner with the Content Marketing team to upgrade core marketing messages, strengthening positioning and ensuring all communications reflect a concise, elegant, and compelling brand voice that resonates with US and EU target audiences.

Media Platform Development & Maintenance

• Identify, develop, and maintain key media platforms in EU/US markets (e.g., industry publications, digital channels, partnership opportunities).
\n
• Build and manage relationships with media partners to increase brand visibility.
\n

BD Partnership & Market Intelligence

\n
• Act as a key marketing partner to the US BD team.
\n
• Understand local market dynamics, customer needs, and BD requirements to support business development efforts.
\n

【Requirements】

\n
• Experience: 6+ years in marketing, preferably in pharma, or biotech industries and Biologics educational background.
\n
• Location: Based in the US with good understanding of local market and BD dynamics.
\n
• Event Experience: Hands-on experience supporting third-party events and self-organized events (planning and onsite execution).
\n
• Media Relations: Experience developing and maintaining media platforms / partnerships in EU/US markets.
\n
• Content Skills: Strong ability to polish and localize content for US audiences.
\n
• Language: Proficient in English communications.
\n
