What We’re Looking For:
* A CA licensed Attorney with litigation experience in Employment Law.
* A passion for advocating for clients in matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* A team player who is eager to collaborate and contribute to the firm's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
* Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
* Provide legal advice and guidance to employers and employees on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
* Review employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and severance agreements.
* Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiate settlements.
* Represent clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, or NLRB.
* Collaborate with colleagues to strategize case approaches and achieve client objectives.
* Stay current on changes in employment laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely counsel.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active bar membership in California.
* 6+ years of experience practicing Employment Law.
* Proven litigation experience, including handling cases from inception to resolution.
* Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.
* Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
* Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
* A client-focused attitude with a commitment to achieving results.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
