Moved 50% of load to Azure cloud from on-premise.. 50% of load in cloud and other 50% on-Prem... The Azure exp is just preferred but he really wants it so needs some cloud exposure.
Will need to man the two data centers in MD: OM and Columbia.
Needs to be able to support day to day operations. Work the queue. Plus an on-call rotation.
Ten person team right now. Rotation will be every other month from Sunday - Sunday.. The work is mostly during business hours (8-5)
Because change mgmt tickets come in, any changes need to be done after 5pm to minimize impact to production workloads. Make sure folks are OK with this.
Looking for 10-12 years of overall Network exp.
Key skill is ability to Implement rules and policies with heavy security focus.
